Regginal Stearns, President:
Reg was one of the original founders of Trackmasters thirty-one years ago and he has led the company as CEO for the past thirty-one years. His previous seven year tenure with another railroad contractor brings his experience in the industry to an even three decades. That's a lifetime of service and accumulated knowledge as a construction professional. In addition to serving as an administrator, Reg still manages to find time to participate in the field, as well, and he still works directly with many of Trackmasters' long term clients.

Donald J. Guinn, Project Manager:
Don is another thirty-one year Trackmasters supervisory veteran who focuses most of his efforts on on-site project management and track inspections. His long tenure is further evidence of the company's strength and stability. Don has honed his own supervisory skills by participating in a number of training courses including special classes on calibrating, profiling and tamping track, and a forty-hour surfacing seminar conducted by Railroad Engineering Special Services. He has also completed his thirty-hour OSHA certification for the construction industry. Prior to joining Trackmasters during its infancy, Don was employed as a project manager and mechanic by another prominent railroad construction company.

Daniel Morgan, Safety Coordinator:
With over twenty-five'years experience with Trackmasters, Dan is yet another of the long term members of our management team. In addition to overseeing Trackmasters' safety program, he also supervises all thermite welding projects and several smaller construction projects. But, Dan's greatest contribution to the company is in his capacity as trainer and safety instructor. Dan has completed his thirty-hour course as an OSHA certified trainer and his HASMAT trainer course.
